The Journey

We’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Studio since 2020. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. From having a Brazilian Jui-jitsu background & competing all around Europe, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu & Yoga are two beautiful lifestyles that match each others soul. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

CLASSES WE OFFER

 YOGA FOR BJJ

Brazillian Jiu Jitsu is notorious for pushing your body to the limit. It often leads to poor posture in athletes as well as skeletomuscular imbalances. Many positions - if not all positions -  you find yourself in on the mat put your body in a contracted state. 

Practice of Asanas and Vinyasas can help BJJ practitioners lengthen and open their body. This will increase your effectiveness and body control during rolling.This is because when you fix body imbalances through yoga, you can generate more power during practice.

Under the teaching of Sebastian Brosche, Yoga Living have a Yoga For BJJ instructor.
